A. Yes! We can customize any color of flower, succulent or arrangement we have available. Please use the customer color box to specify the exact color you'd like.
Q. Do you offer local deliveries for Las Vegas?
A. We offer local pick up or contactless delivery at no extra charge for the Greater Las Vegas Area, Henderson and Summerlin. Simply choose the "Pick Up" option at shipping and please specify if you'd like to schedule a delivery or to arrange a pick-up.
Q. Do you do wedding arrangements and large events?
A. Yes, we do! Please reach out to us at for any questions regarding large events.
Q. How soon can I expect my order?
A. Each item is made to order, we have a 2-4 week turn around time, not including shipping time for items. If you need an item expedited, please reach out to us to accommodate needs. For any updates or current order status updates please reach out to us. Our standard processing time includes 2-4 weeks; with an additional 3-5 business days for standard US shipping.
Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. At this time, unfortunately we are not offering shipping outside the United States. Please check back with us.
Q. I am not satisfied with my order, what could you do for me?
A. Items we hand make here at Pretty Petals is handcrafted to order because of this, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if there is an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can accommodate your needs. Please note that all our pieces may vary since they are all handmade. We try to do our best to replicate all our pieces as close as we can. Some colors may also look slightly different depending on the screen and lighting. If you want a specific color, please request a swatch sample from us.
